Here’s the good and the not-so-good
The charming colonial architecture combined with the delightful staff made my stay quite enjoyable. I particularly loved the rooftop area featuring a jetted pool and the overall ambiance of this boutique hotel.
On the downside, I encountered some issues with the water temperature in my shower, which definitely detracted from the luxury experience I expected. A few amenities could use a little more attention too.

Staying here felt like a home away from home, especially since they welcomed my two dogs! The rooftop pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after exploring Cartagena's vibrant streets. The staff really went above and beyond, making our family feel so at ease.
My kids wished there were more activities for young ones, like a play area or family-friendly events.

I had an amazing stay with my friends! The hotel had a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop pool which we loved. We did some fantastic ecotourism activities like whale watching and exploring nearby waterfalls. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was tasty, but keep in mind the breakfast process might be a bit confusing for new guests.
The only downside was the toilet in our room. it had trouble flushing properly, which was super frustrating when we reported it and nothing was done. It was a minor issue overall, but it did affect our comfort.
